in investment banking and corporate
昀椀nance, and as a mining execu琀椀ve.
Mar琀椀n is currently the execu琀椀ve
Finance Director for Sierra-Ru琀椀le
Holdings Limited (ASX: SRX),
a minerals sands mining company.
Mar琀椀n also serves as a member of
Sierra Ru琀椀le Holdings’ sustainability
and social accountability commi琀琀ee.
Previously Mar琀椀n spent 11 years as
chief 昀椀nancial o昀케cer and execu琀椀ve
director with Aquila Resources
Limited (ASX: AQA, delisted 2014),
where Mar琀椀n’s responsibili琀椀es
included strategy, business
development, investor rela琀椀ons,
昀椀nance and administra琀椀on.
Prior to Aquila, Mar琀椀n spent
30 years in investment banking and
corporate 昀椀nance, including as Head
of Corporate Finance at Macquarie
Capital in Perth, Partner-in-charge
for Corporate Finance at EY in Perth
(including head of the EY natural
resources team), and as an execu琀椀ve
director with Poynton Corporate.
Mar琀椀n has also served as a member
of the Australian Government’s
Takeovers Panel between 2006
and 2015.
Mar琀椀n was appointed as a Director
on 27 May 2021.

Prior to joining Oberon Capital,
Tamara held various senior

Superior Gold Inc. (TSX.V: SGI)
(2020–2021), and corporate
development and investor rela琀椀ons
roles with Newcrest Mining Limited
(formerly ASX: NCM) (2018–2020),
Primero Mining Corp. (TSX: P, NYSE:
PPP, formerly ASX: PPM) (2010–
2018) and IAMGOLD Corpora琀椀on
(TSX: IMG, NYSE: IAG) (2009–2010).
Tamara is currently an independent
non-execu琀椀ve director of TSX-listed
Lithium Royalty Corp. (TSX: LIRC) and
TSX-listed Orla Mining Ltd (TSX: OLA).
At Lithium Royalty, Tamara serves on a
number of board commi琀琀ees, including
as chair of the audit commi琀琀ee
and member of the compensa琀椀on,
nomina琀椀ng and governance
commi琀琀ees for Lithium Royalty Corp.
At Orla Mining, Tamara chairs
the environmental, sustainability,
health and safety commi琀琀ee, and
also serves as a member of the
technical, and human resources
and compensa琀椀on commi琀琀ees.
Tamara was previously a
non-execu琀椀ve director of
TSX-listed Lundin Gold (TSX: LUG),
ASX-listed Titan Minerals Limited
(ASX: TTM), and Superior Gold
Inc. (TSX.V: SGI) where Tamara
chaired the governance commi琀琀ee
and human resources and
compensa琀椀on commi琀琀ee.
Tamara was appointed as a Director
on 17 April 2023.

a private investment group based
in Adelaide. Through GP Securi琀椀es,
Creagh is a founding shareholder
of EMR Capital, a specialist
resources private equity manager,
where Creagh is also currently
a non-execu琀椀ve director and
senior advisor.
Prior to co-founding GP Securi琀椀es,
Creagh held various execu琀椀ve and
senior roles in investment banking
and corporate advisory, including
as Global Head of the Metals &
Mining advisory group of Standard
Chartered Bank following its
acquisi琀椀on of Gryphon Partners Pty
Ltd in 2011, a bou琀椀que corporate
advisory 昀椀rm co-founded by
Creagh in 2003.
Earlier execu琀椀ve and senior
management roles included roles
as head of corporate business
development at formerly
ASX-listed Normandy Mining
Group (1993–2001) (ASX: NDY),
Execu琀椀ve Director of Australian
Magnesium Corpora琀椀on Limited
